With over 20 years of experience as a lawyer, mediator, counselor, and executive coach, she brings her life experience and talent to Three Sisters as a keynote speaker, teacher and author. Tracy encourages clients, students and audiences to live with consciousness and empowerment and to create life and vocational paths that support their highest aspirations. As an organizational consultant and trainer she uses her broad base of education and experience to analyze and clarify issues that interfere with the health and success of an organization and its individual members, offering effective action strategies that allow for new and higher levels of functioning at both the individual and organizational level.
