MONTHLY MESSAGE from TRACY, KATE & MEG
March/April 2010 Message - Living From the Heart
A five word sentence that could change the world tomorrow is “What would love do now?” If we ask it with earnestness and purity of heart, the answer will be immediately apparent to us. ~ Neale Donald Walsch
The heart is the first organ of the human body to form. Weighing it at just 10 ounces, it is one of your hardest working organs. In under a minute your powerful heart muscle pumps blood to every cell in the body. Over the course of one day, your heart will beat about 100,000 times, pumping over 2000 gallons of oxygen-rich blood through 60,000 miles of blood vessels linking together the cells of our organs and body parts. During the average lifetime the human heart will beat more than 2.5 billion times. As we learn more and more about the wisdom and intelligence of this incredible organ, we have come to understand that the human heart processes and regulates a complex array of physiological and electromagnetic information within the body and the environment to maintain our vitality and health with every beat.
Spiritually and metaphorically the heart has also been considered a wisdom center of the human experience and the universal symbol of love. The Greeks believed the heart was the seat of the soul, the Chinese associated it with the center for happiness and the Egyptians thought the emotions and intellect arose from the heart. Like the human heart that receives and nourishes every cell in our body, the metaphoric heart receives and processes every experience we have, offering us healing and nourishment through the powers of Compassion, Forgiveness, Inspiration, Gratitude and Joy. We have been writing and creating music about these transformative powers of the heart for 2010. Join us at all our events coming up this year and learn more about gifts of Living from the Heart.
We wish you the wisdom to live and love from your heart as you create the life you imagine.
Blessings from the Sisters,
Tracy, Kate and Meg
