Opening to Love - Extending Compassion to Heal Ourselves and Others

In module four you open yourself to transformation in your self-identity by shifting from the perceptions of your small self to the wisdom of your higher Self. From this perspective you can hold all the people and experiences of your past and present with great compassion, expanding your capacity to work with others from a place of understanding and non-judgment. You will learn about the power of love, gratitude, forgiveness and non-attachment to release yourself and others from the hold of old projections and perceptions and to awaken to a world of unseen possibilities. We will also explore more deeply the seven chakras, looking at the powers and shadows of each chakra as a tool to expand your consciousness and to extend your capacity to act as teachers, leaders, guides and healers in the world.

Shining with Truth: Expressing the Light of the True Self

In module five you will explore the power of creativity and authenticity using art therapy techniques to allow the fullness and passion of your True Self to come into expression. During this module you will also identify root personality patterns which interrupt your ability to fully express the truth of your deepest Self. In an experiential designed to magnify the patterns revealed in your Life Map, you will literally "pull the root" of self limiting patterns and clear the way for richer experiences of authentic self expression in all areas of your life. We will also explore the psycho-spiritual dynamics of the sacred energy body and learn how blockages in self-expression are revealed in emotional and physical stress and illness.
